Position Overview: As a Lead Install Technician, you will take charge of overseeing and executing the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of drain and sewer systems. This role requires a seasoned professional who is not only skilled in technical aspects but also capable of leading a team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the installation and configuration of drain and sewer systems, ensuring all work meets company standards and safety protocols.
Lead and mentor a team of technicians, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and productivity.
Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to diagnose and resolve complex issues promptly.
Maintain strong client relationships by delivering excellent customer service and addressing any concerns effectively.
Ensure accurate documentation of installation procedures, maintenance activities, and customer interactions.
Enforce adherence to safety guidelines during all phases of installation and maintenance.
Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to implement best practices.

Requirements | WHAT YOU BRING:

Proven experience in drain and sewer system installations, with a track record of successful project leadership.
Advanced knowledge of hand tools, equipment, and safety protocols related to drain and sewer systems.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage projects, and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for diagnosing issues and implementing solutions.
Valid driver’s license; additional certifications in relevant areas are preferred.
